- Physicals are valid for one year from the date of the exam.

- Your child must sign in with Jorge immediately after school at the Patio Cover by Room 50 when participating in an after-school sport.
- A snack will be provided, and students must sit at the tables while they eat.
- Students will have time to eat their snack, and their coach will pick them up from the tables around 3:20–3:25 p.m.
- Practice will take place from 3:30–4:30 p.m.
- At the end of practice, your child must sign out with Jorge before leaving.
Clinic
If your child does not make the official Villegas team, they may still attend and participate in the clinic.
Sports Physicals – REQUIRED
Your child must have a current sports physical to try out for any sport.
- Sports physicals are valid for one year.
- Students will not be allowed to try out without a current sports physical.
Weather & Practice Conditions
We will utilize Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) readings from the Perry Weather system to determine whether conditions are safe for outdoor activities.
Please check the Weather tab for the current WBGT reading and weather information.
If the weather conditions are too hot to safely practice, I will send a notice to the email address registered with 6crickets. Please make sure your email information is current so you receive any important updates.
Thank you for your support of Villegas Athletics. I look forward to a great season!
