To try out for and participate on the school’s competitive teams, student-athletes must have a sports physical dated within the past 12 months.
Physicals may be submitted to the school’s athletic director; please provide a copy rather than the original.
- Physicals must be completed by a Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Chiropractic physicals are not accepted per AUSD policy.
- Physicals are valid for one year from the date of the exam.
- If you choose to use a physical form other than the district-provided version, it must clearly state "Cleared to Play Sports."
- All physicals must include the official stamp of the physician's office.
- If you're unable to schedule a timely physical with your primary medical provider, there are local alternative options available.

My name is Coach Falck, and I am the Athletic Director at Villegas. Weekly schedule for soccer.
Items you need to know:
- Your child must sign in with Jorge right after school by gate 3 (next to the MPR) when they participate in after-school soccer. A snack will be provided, and they must sit at the tables behind the MPR. They will have time to eat, and their coach will pick them up by the tables around 3:20-3:25pm. They will practice from 3:30 – 4:30pm. At the end of practice, they must sign out with Jorge.
- If your child does not make the official Villegas team they may still come and participate in the soccer clinic.
- If your child makes the team, they must have a physical that is good within 12 months to play.
- They will not play without a physical.
- If it is too hot to practice, I will send out a notice via email to the registered email with 6crickets.
